| We will highlight recent geometric properties of integrable Kepler (and Hooke) with conic section boundaries. For the special case of the boundary being an ellipse, we will demonstrate that there is a connection to the classical Poncelet porism. By considering the associated elliptic curve, we derive periodicity conditions for the associated Kepler orbits. Animations of the systems will highlight the results. |
