»Varifolds whose first variation with respect to an anisotropic elliptic integrand is controlled «

Abstract:
In the first part of this talk I will present some results about the rectifiability and regularity of the support of a codimension 1 varifold whose first variation with respect to a uniformly elliptic integrand is controlled. In the second, I give an overview on an ongoing project about the uniqueness of critical points of the isoperimetric problem with respect to general norms. Part of the results are joint work with Slawomir Kolasinski
