»Equivalence of the Three-Body Problem in Celestial Mechanics and a Modified Schrodinger Equation«

Abstract:
The gravitational three-body problem and a modified Schrodinger equation are shown to be equivalent for a special family of orbits. This is true for the masses ranging from macro- to quantum scale. This gives a way to show an equivalence of quantum and celestial mechanics under certain conditions. The concept of weak capture plays a key role.
