»On the homotopy of finite CW-complex«

Abstract:
Let X be a simply connected finite CW-complex, a classical theorem of Serre says that the homotopy groups of X are all finitely generated. But the situation is much more complicated when X is not simply connected. We will discuss some recent progress on this problem. This is a joint work with Yang Su.
