» Equivariant cohomology of weighted flag varieties II«

Abstract:
This is mini-course comprises of 4 lectures introducing weighted flag varieties and their equivariant cohomology. This is based on joint work with S. Nazir and I. Qureshi. We will start with a brief introduction to Schubert calculus, define weighted flag varieties and their cell structure. For the lectures to be self-contained, we will be recalling relevant basic facts from representation theory, cellular homology and equivariant cohomology. The course will end with the so-called GKM description of equivariant cohomology in the case of weighted flag varieties.
