»Quaternionic Bott-Chern cohomologies and existence of HKT metrics«

Abstract:
In this talk, we prove a quaternionic analog of a recent result of Angella-Dloussky-Tomassini that a compact complex surface is Kähler if and only if the second complex Bott-Chern cohomology group satisfies a certain condition. More precisely, we prove that a compact hypercomplex manifold of real dimension 8 with holomorphically trivial canonical bundle is hyperkähler with torsion (HKT) if and only if the quaternionic Bott-Chern cohomology satisfies an analogous condition.
